Yes. While the All-in-One was designed to be an archive of a child's school career from pre-school to 12th grade, you may configure the internal folders in any way you like. Preprinted labels allow for convenient storage and organization of artwork, report cards and school keepsakes by year, grade level, or child.
Yes. You may stack boxes or other items on top of your All-in-One as long as their total weight does not exceed 40 pounds. Some of our customers with two children stack one Schoolfolio on top of the other.
The durable outer case is made of heavy-gauge polyethylene that resists tearing and cracking. The inner folders are made of polypropylene. Because these materials are UV-resistant and acid-free, the All-in-One will protect favorite projects and keepsakes for years to come. For maximum preservation of contents, we recommend that you keep individual pieces of artwork in archival-grade polyester film envelopes, or separate them with sheets of acid-free tissue paper. We will soon be offering these materials for sale on our web site.
The preprinted labels are designed to give you many options for organizing your child's school keepsakes by year and grade level. There are 24 separate labels preprinted with a variety of grade combinations, ranging from pre-K through 12th grade. Blank labels are also included so you can create your own categories.
Access the photo pocket from inside the All-in-One's outer case and slide your photo through the opening on the right side of the photo pocket. Some customers tell us they prefer to tape their photos behind the plastic window.
Break the "seal" of the inside folders by opening them up and folding the flap all the way back. Use the preprinted labels to design your own organizational system for your child's art and schoolwork, by affixing them to the top left-hand side of each individual folder, as shown here:

Please note that once the labels are affixed to the folders, they may be difficult to remove.
